Jessie Lewis

Jessie lives in Hertfordshire with one tame cat, two feral children, and a pet husband. She loves the English language and the art of storytelling and is rarely happier than when she’s wrangling with both to try and create something that might make people laugh or feel or think. She studied Philosophy and Literature at university, but it was Jane Austen’s genius with words that inspired her to begin writing, and she’s had a whale of a time exploring Regency England in her own historical romance stories. She believes life is too short to be serious; sarcasm is her first language, and she is a great proponent of all things silly. She is also ridiculously clumsy and cannot be trusted near anything made of glass.
