Joy King—writing as J. Dawn King and Christie Capps—is a native Oregonian and Regency romance author specializing in Jane Austen fan fiction and Pride and Prejudice variations. Since discovering Austen in 2012, she has written sweet, character-driven love stories featuring Darcy and Elizabeth, full of witty banter, slow-burn romance, and happily-ever-afters. Her debut, A Father’s Sins, was written while she lived in the Andes Mountains of South America.
